How Fast is My Phone

You may have wondered how fast your own phone is, especially compared to other phones on the market.  Some of you may have heard of 'benchmarking' a computer to see how it measures up to other similar devices.  This is often done by PC gamers to determine the speed of their computer, and to make sure they have things set up properly.  However, it can be educational to look at the performance of the phone you currently own, and compare it to another one that you are thinking of upgrading to, or to compare to your friend's phone.  While there are several different apps that you can use, I chose to use Geekbench 3.  It was simple to use, and within just a couple of minutes I had my result to let me know that the Nexus 4 was a faster phone than the Moto E2.  Happy testing!
